Our Story
Oshan Constructions was founded by Mr. Hemant Laxman Kanchan and Mrs. Vibhavari Ravindranath Dabhade, with the support of Mr. Ravindranath Dabhade, to carry forward a legacy rooted in integrity, craftsmanship, and trust. The company stands as a tribute to Late Mr. Laxman Baburao Kanchan—a respected name in Pune’s construction industry who successfully executed numerous private, institutional, and government projects with a dedicated workforce of over 100 people.
Inspired by his passion and professionalism, Oshan Constructions blends traditional values with modern construction practices to create residential and commercial spaces that are thoughtful, durable, and future-ready. Mr. Hemant Laxman Kanchan, Mrs. Vibhavari Dabhade, a Diploma holder in Civil Engineering (1989-90), ventured into the construction business in 1991 after gaining extensive on-field experience from his father's projects. He has since completed numerous contracts and development projects. His expertise lies in delivering excellence in construction quality. He practices a hands-on approach and personally supervises the adherence to quality standards on site.

Mrs. Vibhavari Dabhade, a former Corporator of Talegaon Dabhade, has been involved in the construction business since 2012. She has partnered in several successful ventures, including 6 ongoing projects in Talegaon Dabhade. She has completed and sold over 400 residential and commercial properties. Her leadership and experience in both public service and construction have been pivotal to the firm's growth.
